My first stop: Grand Cayman

It was hot. We got off the plane walk onto the Tarmac into the looooog line to clear immigration and customs. I find it annoying that people do not fill out their forms on the plane. A woman was coming around checking the immigration forms to move the line quicker and amazing as it may seem some people did not bother filling out. I came to stand behind one such person. I was not waiting a second longer in that line. He was looking for a pen then a place to write. I walked right by him to move ahead to the next teller. I left him there like animal.
I found an ATM for some Cayman cash and hopped a 10 minute taxi ride to my hotel.
The hotel is the Sunshine Suites and while not directly on the beach it was across the street from the hotel. A nice yellow painted 3 story hotel/efficiencies including a stove, fridge, and microwave. My room had 2 large queen beds and plenty of light with tons of outlets. A hugh closet with lots of hangers. A flat screen TV that gets cable sits on nice looking six draw dresser. A small table with chairs to eat on and a clean, normal size bathroom. There is a cute bar/restaurant which I am sure to partake a few. I let you figure out what a few means. A nice pool sits in the middle of the outdoor part of the restaurant. The place is great if you wish to save money and make your own food.
All in all a reasonable ( for an Island resort) hotel.
Check in was painless as they gave me some bottled water, a hotel layout and an Island map. My room is 206.

And of course the bar....
